Seven Years of Excellence by Adam-Novagen Seven Years of Excellence by Adam-Novagen
Celebrate with me!

:iconpyrodanceplz::iconwinxpplz::iconpyrodanceplz:

This is a ZIPped wallpaper pack, containing three versions of this wallpaper, one with the logo and text, one with just the logo, and one with just the background design. Each version is available in these four resolutions:

2048 x 1536
1600 x 1200
1280 x 1024
1024 x 768

So, twelve wallpapers in all. :D

Windows, Windows XP and the Microsoft Logo are all property of Microsoft corporation. They were used here purely non-commercially, for the love of Windows XP. The LOVE of it. So for Pete's sake, Microsoft, don't sue me. :fear:

Just click on "Download," to the left of the preview. All 12 wallpapers are in the same ZIP package; just extract them to your pictures folder or something. :)

Wow, thanks! :D

I'm actually really glad that you faved it; your collections have given me some much-needed information about various desktop sizes. So, am I correct in understanding that there is no "standard" 2048x1536 resolution?

You're right. The resolutions that we have are the most popular resolutions. For the other ones, such as the resolution you mentioned, the other mainstream wallpaper sizes will fit the odd monitors. :nod:

Well, that's good to know, since quite frankly, 2048x1536 pixel images with 10 layers or more are a bit of a strain for my nine-year-old laptop to handle. :XD:

I might, however, start experimenting with widescreen wallpapers soon... After all, pretty much EVERYTHING's going widescreen...

I know. I still have a :paranoid: ... 1024 x 768 monitor. lol So I had to start making widescreen for other people. ( After I moved from Desktop Nexus to here. )

Oh, most of my computers still use 1024x768. I really don't see why people complain though; I run most games at either 1024 or 800, and everyone seems to think that anything under 1440 is bad nowadays.
